1:45-2:00 Introduction

2:00-3:00 Skills Session

Rotate every 10 minutes

Basket 1: Shooting on move cones (straight, curl, flare)

Basket 2: Shooting ball screen (ball screen-dive-pop shot)

Basket 3: Ball Handling (dribble series) hesitation – studder – cross – inside out

Basket 4: 1 on 1 (wing – top of key – close outs – instruct D)

Basket 5: Picture / Rest

– Stopped clock last :30 secs of game

– Shooting Foul +1 retain ball, Made Bucket +1 Opponent Ball

– Non Shooting Foul retain ball

– Shoot FT last :30 secs of game
